Docshark Acceptable Use & Reasonable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use and Reasonable Use Policy ("AUP") describes permitted use of Docshark operated by Sharkforce Inc.. It is incorporated into the Docshark Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose

Docshark is designed for lawful business agreements, HR documents, commercial contracts, approvals, and similar workflows. You must use the service in a manner consistent with your Subscription Plan entitlements and in compliance with applicable law.

2. Prohibited envelope content

You may not use Docshark to solicit signatures on documents we deem inappropriate for electronic execution, including without limitation: last wills and codicils, testamentary trusts, permanent adoption or guardianship papers, court orders or notices, notices of cancellation of utility services, foreclosure notices, eviction notices, health-safety product recalls, or product safety notices, unless Sharkforce expressly enables a regulated workflow in writing.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not send phishing or deceptive envelopes; impersonate government agencies; harass recipients; upload malware; attempt to bypass OTP or access controls; resell access without authorization; overload APIs; or use Docshark to spam unrelated marketing messages to purchased lists.

4. Usage limits

Automated sending, bulk operations, and API traffic must stay within purchased entitlements. We may throttle or suspend Accounts that generate abnormal bounce rates, abuse reports, or infrastructure load.

5. Branding and white-label

Custom branding must not misrepresent Sharkforce or Docshark as a government entity, law firm, or financial regulator. You are responsible for signer-facing disclosures required in your industry.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate complaints, remove content, suspend Accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Report abuse to [email protected].
