Questions owners ask.
Something else on your mind? Talk to us
Can each branch have its own opening list?
Yes. Each shift has its own steps, so each branch can open and close its own way.
How do I know the shelves were really done?
Ask for a photo on that step. On Pro and up, AI checks it against the step's words and sends back a poor one with what to fix.
Can staff check in at the counter?
Yes. Put a QR code at the counter, or ask for location so a check-in far from the shop doesn't count.
What if the shop opens late?
A check-in more than 5 minutes after the opening time is marked Late, so you see it the same day.
