You pick a scope (everyone, a role, or one employee) and a trigger (on join, on demand, or recurring). Sharkforce sends a Docshark envelope and notifies the employee in Signatures.
Yes. Turn on Require signature on the request policy, choose an Agreements template, and approve. The request moves to Waiting for signature until the employee seals it, then Fulfilled.
Mobile shows signature status and opens Continue on web so the employee finishes in the browser. Signing itself happens on the web Signatures flow.
